Founded in the year 2000 by Apostle Connie Brooks and Overseer Neville Brooks, Jubilee was birthed with a divine mandate: to release a global sound of salvation, deliverance, and healing. This sound continues to resonate from our sanctuary in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, reaching hearts across communities, nations, cultures, and generations.
